2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1 inch chunks
3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt

4 cubes beef bouillon
4 cups water
4 cups potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch pieces

Preparation:
