There are many recipes out there, burn fat, and are great. They are all very easy to do and the whole family will enjoy. Eat healthy and live healthy with these three recipes.

Before Blueberry Protein Pancakes High

Chop the meat and vegetables
add a 5 liter pot, meat, flour, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to do (do not be afraid of a small fee)

Third Turkey Burger

Or cook on the grill or stove.
If cooking on the stove, spray pan with cooking spray. Cook each side brown, over medium heat.
Serve with a side of rice or salad.
