Boiling Perfect

A boil-up is a tasty, cooked root vegetables such as potatoes, Kumara (sweet potato), pumpkin or bone marrow (Kamo Kamo) with vegetables such as watercress, spinach or cabbage soup. Dumplings, known as "Doughboys" generally known to enjoy a meal to accompany the full goodness.
In this recipe, I used the pork bones. This recipe is equally successful with a variety of vegetables before and works with most cuts of red meat and sausagesor canned meat. This is probably the best of all, a good meal is very cheap for us cooks. There is also a good way for a group of people or feed the hungry party.

Ingredients for six
1 kg of pork bones (or pork or 1 kg of salt beef rib cage or similar)
2 tablespoons sea salt
Potatoes 6
Three Kumara (sweet potato)
6 pieces of zucchini (leave the skin and remove seeds)
2 bunches watercress or Puha (or half a cabbage, bok choy or chard, cut into pieces)
Doughboys:
A cup of flour
1 teaspoon salt
04:01 cup water
Preparation:
Place pork bonesFill a large pot and add salt with water (to fill an inch above the meat). (No salt, if necessary, dried meat) is used to boil and cook for 1 hour to be sure to check the water level remains above the meat. When the hour is to ensure grease removed from the water, if necessary, add the watercress (to be split into two halves) in pan and cook for 20 minutes, then add the potatoes, pumpkin and Kumara. Make sure the vegetables cut up rootsame size for even cooking. Keep the pot and cook for 15 minutes before adding the pasta boys and a fully equipped kitchen for a further 20min.
Preparation Doughboy:
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, add water and stir in a mixture of sticky dough. Pour over vegetables roots.

In the case of cabbage or Swiss chard is used instead of watercress or Puha, cook the meat for 1h 20min and add root vegetablesand after 15 minutes add the cabbage, etc. Doughboys and full kitchen for 20 minutes.
Leftovers can be heated up later in the pot to the heat, but not boil, the differences can be covered and the heat in the microwave.
