Food is good in English. Truly

It must be said that English food is not considered a major world kitchens. I lived outside the UK for a short time and have spent countless hours defending the English food.
"The English eat potatoes at every meal. This from a Japanese person who bothered me that he not only inaccurate, but came from a person who eats rice at every meal. Really.
