  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium diced red skinned potatoes

  • 1 can drained cut green beans 8 ounce
  • 1 can drained sliced carrots 8 ounce
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

Add the vegetable oil to a large skillet or saucepan over a medium high heat. Add the chopped onion while stirring occasionally. Saute for about 1 minute. Add the boneless skinless cubed chicken breast pieces. Saute for about 2 or 3 minutes or until the meat becomes cooked while stirring continually.
