Use the beef in a baked pineapple cake for dessert Ease

OVEN BEEF STEW
This is an old recipe of my childhood in southern Indiana.
Stew beef cubed pound
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup potato slices
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 boxes of large V-8 juice
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon instant tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 bell pepper soup
PreheatPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put the meat on the bottom of large baking dish. Layer meat over the vegetables. In a bowl, and fruit juices, broth, sugar, salt and pepper tapioca. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Cover the pan and bake at 350 degrees for about three hours.

1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts or hickory nuts
1PButter
powdered sugar, if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an oblong cake pan. Pour undrained pineapple into greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple and smooth. Sprinkle with nuts pasta. Cut the stick of butter into small pieces and an update on the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No need to freeze this cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
